STORE POLICY & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

By making a purchase from the StoryCreek Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🐎 Delivery Policy

  • Automated Fulfillment: Most items and ranks are delivered automatically ingame shortly after purchase. We will open a ticket with you upon purchase and deliver your purchase!

  • Keymaster & Tebex: We rely on the Tebex platform for processing. While delivery is usually instant, please allow up to 24 hours for processing during high-traffic periods.

  • Discord Integration: Ensure your Discord is linked! Your donor roles will be automatically assigned in our official server upon a successful transaction.

⚖️ Refund Policy

As these are digital goods and immediate perks used within the StoryCreek ecosystem:

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Once a perk or item has been assigned to your account, we do not offer refunds.

  • Issue Resolution: If you encounter a technical bug with a purchased item, please open a Support Ticket in Discord. We are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for.

  • A Note on Laws: Due to the complexity of international financial laws regarding digital donations and goods, we prioritize fixing any issues over initiating chargebacks or refunds.

Support & Server Conduct

  • Active Support: Support for store items is available exclusively via our Discord ticketing system for verified purchasers.

  • Rules Still Apply: Purchasing from the store does not grant immunity to server rules. Players who are banned for breaking community guidelines or roleplay rules will not be eligible for refunds on their purchases.

  • Code of Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect. Support will be denied, and access to the store may be revoked if you are aggressive or insulting toward our staff or community members.

Privacy & Liability

  • Confidentiality: Your personal information is handled with the highest level of security and is never shared with third parties.

  • Liability: StoryCreek is not responsible for items lost due to player negligence or "character death" on the server.
